Company History

Industrial Technical Sales & Service, Inc. was founded on March 21, 1954 by the late William P. Newdome Sr., and continues to serve the industrial pump and power transmission market in Ohio and beyond.

"Service is our most important product!" Industrial Technical is proud to offer some of the world's best pumping equipment. Gorman-Rupp Pumps and Warren Rupp Sandpiper Pumps are the cornerstone of our business. Over 3000 pump models are available from these Mansfield, Ohio based pump manufactures. Industrial Technical, also located in Mansfield, is only minutes away from both Gorman-Rupp and Warren Rupp.

In addition to Gorman-Rupp and Warren Rupp, Industrial Technical also sells and services other quality pumps including Griswold Pumps, Aurora Pumps, Goulds G & L Pumps, LMI Metering Pumps, Pulsafeeder Pumps, MTH Pumps, and Pumper Parts (parts for Wilden, ARO, and Yamada pumps).

Our outside and inside sales staff has a combined pump experience of over 150 years.

Industrial Technical's recently expanded service department repairs most pump models with a timely turn around. Heading the repair department is Dave Kromer who has over 30 years with Industrial Technical's inside sales department.
